Together, as Republican elected officials, Delegate Marshall and Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio were among the few (Loudoun's other Delegate Richard Black, too)elected officials in Northern Virginia to fight the proposed sales tax increase. Loudoun's board of supervisors supported the sales tax increase.
