Although most of Sterling is not taking Metro or have not heard about the Silver Line Grand Opening this Saturday, July 26, (its been in the news), I want to keep you in the loop with the events and logistics for the day.
For the Public
Loudoun Transit will offer Special Service for Loudoun County Residents
· From 11:00AM until 7:00PM , Saturday, July 26, Loudoun County Transit will run special service to give customers a sneak peak of the new Wiehle Reston-East rail station, and give them an opportunity to ride the train:
o Service will start at 11:00AM departing from the Leesburg Park and Ride, stop at the Dulles North Transit Center then to the Wiehle Reston-East rail station.
o Service will run approximately every 30 minutes (departing on the hour and ½ hour from Leesburg and Wiehle. Reston-East).
