Delgaudio Legal Action refutes McAuliffe and Herring in Immigration Executive Order

"Lawless Actions of Governor McAuliffe, his hack Herring and other Obama Holdovers
will be shown as absurd puffery and meaningless noise"

"Governor Terry McAuliffe came to Sterling to huff and puff and along with his more
humble hack lawyer Mark Herring pretended to be legally able to ignore proven federal
law and claim the power to overrule presidential doctrine on foreign policy and
immigration law established since the founding of the United States as a country.

No greater a legal error with accompanying grandstanding have come along in Virginia in along

time.

I concede that if judges do not want to read U.S. Codes, established rulings and simply
want to embrace twitter or Moslem Brotherhood propaganda and post-Obama style pandering, then nothing President Trump lawfully executes as an executive order will be complied with by any arm of the federal government.

On the other hand, it is my belief, contrary to the absurd legal reasoning by McAuliffe and Herring
that today's Judges ignore established policies and powers, that the actions by a Washington State
federal Judge will be overturned the Presidential Immigration Executive Order will be back in force.

Today in response to the direcliction of duty shamefully exhibited and publicly on display by
Governor Terry McAuliffe and his attorney general Herring, I authorized the filing of a legal
brief " Amicus Curiae " refuting their mundane and weak arguements to reverse national executive authority in Case No. 17-35105 in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

My legal team says many presidents have used this law without successful challenge and like President's Carter, Reagan and Obama before him, President Trump knows "This statute has been understood to give a President virtually unlimited power to suspend or restrict immigration within its framework," from our brief.

The temporary restraining order is a threat to the national security and will be removed shortly as a matter of urgency and necessity no matter the bloating of McAuliffe and Herring.

President Trump has suspended entry, for 90 to 120 days, to the United States of immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States of aliens from these countries: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.

Additional Countries may be added.
