Eugene Delgaudio U.S. Supreme Court Legal Brief To Preserve Marriage.

Yes, I am at it again. I am preparing a full scale pleading to preserve traditional marriage between
one man and one woman. Look for new attacks on me as a radical. My brief argues that the judge in Michigan did not properly define the 14th Amendment and that God defines marriage not Man according to previous legal rulings in the US courts. To read my appeal filed in the case being heard
by the Supreme Court, please click on this link.

Property Rights Threatened in Virginia 2015

I have announced support for a bill, HB 1488, for property rights and announced my support for a bill endorsed by local delegates and GOP Virginia Speaker Howell that will allow for a process including mediation when extremist environmental groups want place 24 hour cameras on rural family owned farms and mislead government officials about hosting 10 year old girls birthday parties which is what happened at "Liberty Farm" to Sterling friend Martha Boneta. Tell your delegate to
support HB 1488. Martha Boneta thanks you.
