Delgaudio honors Loudoun resident for overturning downzoning

Supervisor Delgaudio presents Loudoun resident Rose Ellen Ray with a ceremonial resolution and congratulatory chocolates for helping overturn a density packing growth plan rammed through by the previous Board of Supervisors. The Virginia Supreme Court ruled unanimously, in a case brought by Ray and others, that Delgaudio's Board colleagues acted improperly in enacting the plan.
