Sterling's "Closed" Fully Built Park and Ride Lot Near Cascades Parkway and Church Road

It only needs a small pull over for a bus, but the county has five new buses being paid for and built on order for the lot, and it looks like a perfect location with lots of room and a willing owner who will rent to the county.
