Fauquier County Zoning Administrator "Charges" (sic) Hosts of Little Girls Birthday Party

10 year old "culprits" are evidence in a "zoning violation" allegation. The are part of a birthday party next door to Loudoun County at a large farm in Faquier County. These are peaceful children attending a typical birthday party and are completely innocent of any allegation from a county bureaucrat.
