Friend of Sterling and National Conservative Leader Howard Phillips Dies, Passes From the Earth To Heaven

Dear Sterling Americans,
It is a with sad news that I post the passing of Howard Phillips who's family I frequently met at church and are devout practioners of their faith and conservative philosphy in every fashion.
Howard Phillips passed away this Saturday, April 20. He suffered a terrible illness and his family suffered with him.
Our prayers go to the family, his wife and children and all who valued and held dear the principles that Howard Phillips devoted his life to.
