STERLING Gets 9 Ballots!

The board of supervisors voted to allow you, the citizen, to decide
which projects are approved at the ballot this November, 2005.

The board voted 5 yes, 4 no the approximately $200,000,000 bond proposal
"separated by project". You will NOT be forced to vote on a super bond
with one yes or no vote.

Thank you again to those of you that wrote to the board. It made a
critical difference. More than one board member cited the opinions some
of you expressed.

I needed you to express your opinion and many of you did.

You have stood up and you have been counted. More on the projects later,
they are 8 schools (one was added) and one county building project for
fire and rescue.
