George Allen recieved 65% or 167,273 votes in the Republican Primary.

Jamie Radtke 23% or 58,930 votes, Bob Marshall 7% or 17,269 votes and
E.W. Jackson 5% or 12,062 votes.

I have invited all the candidates to come as our guests Thursday night to Joe's Restaurant at 6:30 p.m. to thank those of you that voted for them and to make any statement.

The Tax Pig and a dozen elected officials and candidates for other statewide offices are coming.

The vote by the board of supervisors on Seasonal(Christmas) displays on the county owned courthouse grounds will be the 2nd business meeting in July 2012 on Tuesday July 17 at five p.m. Public comment will be at 5 p.m. I support the proposed policy to place a county sponsored display featuring Santa, a tree, a nativity or creche and a menorah. This has been supported by the courts and is the current practice on the national Mall. Merry Christmas and Seasons Greetings.
