STERLING LEADS JOB FAIR TURNOUT and Sterling Alert For All Parents and Children
STERLING LEADS JOB FAIR TURNOUT
Sterling Americans turned out in big numbers to the Sterling Job Fair. Employers and Job Fair organizers with the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce embraced our job-seeking neighbors and hosted them all day Wednesday.
I thanked the hosts and thanked the companies hiring and interviewing job seekers. They in turn expressed their appreciation for having so many applicants.
When asked where they heard about the job fair, Sterling Americans said "Eugene Delgaudio sent me a postcard" and comprised the largest contingent at the event.
This was an upbeat opportunity to help promote employment for my constituents and my hope is that the best outcome for Sterling Americans who came to the Sterling Job Fair is for them to get a job and stay in prosperity in Sterling.
NEXT JOB FOR STERLING APRIL 2
Please take a minute to tell another neighbor about this. If you are a member of the news media please reconsider running another soft piece on weather or bashing a religious issue or lottery winner. Please promote this job fair. Its okay to admit that we all can do better to help our fellow Sterling Americans and Loudoun residents.
Getting a job for someone and responding to an employer BEGGING for employers does everybody a favor. The company makes money with filled employee positions, pays more taxes and our neighbors earn food and pay their taxes.
Thank you to Congressman Frank Wolf for sponsoring this much needed job fair. It makes a big difference to Sterling and to all who attend and the agencies that are there hiring Sterling Americans are to be thanked also.
