FREE ICE CREAM SATURDAY NOON TO FIVE P.M.

I got the big red flyer from Friendlys in Sterling at the Potomac Run Shopping Center stating "Free Ice Cream Saturday June 5, 12 noon to five p.m. They are celebrating their 75th anniversary. They will give you a free ice cream cone or small dish of ice cream.

FREE BREAKFAST BURRITO

This offer is good for the first ten who come to join me Saturday morning June 5 for a "lit drop" ( or just to give me a list of things to do around the neighborhood.)

On Saturday June 5 at 10 a.m. please consider meeting me at Chick Fila by the Clocktower by Burlington Coat Factory (right off Route 7 Leesburg Pike) for a coffee and a breakfast burritto. Then help me deliver some flyers promoting next Wednesday, June 9 Sheriff Substation (at 6pm).

It is hard to notify everybody without your help. We have the best volunteers in the world because one of them will (could) be you.

FREE DONUTS FRIDAY JUNE 4

Today is NATIONAL DONUT DAY!

So, to help celebrate this very important day, we have found a few places that are experts in the art of donut making!

Fractured Prune - (yes, we know...strange name for a donut shop!) - The Loudoun County Virginia locations will be giving everyone a free OC sand donut (check your local store for their giveaways!)

Dunkin' Donuts - free doughnut with the purchase of any beverage

Krispy Kreme - free doughnut for every customer

That pretty much covers the national franchises.
