Shooting in Sterling

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is investigating a report of gunfire that occurred in Sterling Park Wednesday afternoon. 
 
Shortly after 2:30 PM Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 230 block of Lincoln Avenue in Sterling where a firearm was discharged into an occupied residence. The victim reported arriving home when they heard a loud noise. A damaged basement window was discovered and a bullet was found lodged into a wall.
