RIVOTING TESTIMONY BY KEY WITNESSES BROUGHT TO BEAR BONUS EXTRA EDITION

DEAR STERLING AMERICAN,

Here is something I have been wanting to send you.

I know you would want it.

YOU, THE SUBSCRIBERS TO "STERLING AMERICAN" ARE THE CALVARY TO THE RESCUE. The truth is that Sterling Residents have long suffered through neglect by the county government.

You, the residents of Sterling are fed up with being given lip service by some in the Leesburg establishment and the density packing CREEPS who hate Sterling and its people. Now with new laws and some additional budget monies TO ENFORCE an urgently needed building code, dedicated zoning officials can start on the back log of over crowding left over by the previous board of supervisors.

These anti-Sterling Blockbusters must be brought to justice. They are like a fifth column sustained by knee jerk Western Loudoun liberals who desire Sterling to disappear.

Testimony, and donations, are flooding into P.O. Box 1222 Sterling Va. 20167 and to my email and to the Loudoun Board of Supervisors email address also (write all 9 supervisors at [email protected] ).

Please send a donation yourself. And an email. Don't leave this to a handful.

My coffers are empty. The Friends of Delgaudio spent $2,500 on postage and printing. And I have a $7,500 budget for this effort that is unfunded and we are under attack.

We are being called names by liberals. Here's some riveting and eye opening testimony (SEE BELOW) for the public record. I am demanding that members of the board and the press give us equal time to the nasty and anti-Sterling comments.

Brace yourself. It is gut wrenching.

>>>>RESIDENT J.C. OF STERLING PARK SAYS "IT LOOKS LIKE A NYC GARBAGE STRIKE"

"I have been a resident of Sterling for 18 years and have seen both the positive and negative effects of the unprecedented growth in this region.

On my block there are at least two homes..........On trash day you'd think you were witnessing the NYC garbage strike with all the trash and diaper bags, boxes and carts that line the street.

Please do something about this threat to the value of our homes. Why must we subsidize these people's housing at the expense of our home resale values? I'd lay odds that this "multiple inhabitant" situation does not take place in your neighborhoods, nor would you tolerate it for very long without taking action to curtail it. " (UNQUOTE FROM J.C.)

>>>>Edmundo Zuniga Exposes Profit Center for "Bosses"

"I know that you are not longer alone in this crusade, please keep me updated in this issue.

I have learnt through people and newspapers that companies buy these houses as an incentive to attract immigrant workers offering housing and paying the minimum wages, and then deducting the rent from the immigrant or non immigrant's weekly wages. This way, "bosses" profit paying minimum wages and obtaining a very "succulent" profit having 20 workers paying rent living in one of the houses they own.

I heard that this problem is also occurring in certain areas of Ashburn Keep up the good work and my family and I will be praying for you, because we know your campaign does not have anything to do with race, it has to do with keeping the standards that our community is loosing because of few people." (unquote from Zuniga)

>>>Sandra and Stanley Smith "We.. need the 'tools' "

"Both my husband and I strongly support the adoption of building codes that will help address the overcrowding and slum landlords that are becoming a serious problem in our Sterling community. We need the passage of building code that will help citizens to clean up some of the problems that we have now -- before our community is destroyed.

Please support our community and pass the proposal to update Loudoun building code to be in compliance with state building code that places a reasonable limit on the number of people in one home to help fight residential overcrowding. We desperately need the 'tools' to help keep our community "family safe." (unquote from Smiths)

>>>SAINT CLAIR REVEALS *ENTIRE* COUNTY IS UNDER "ATTACK" (EDITED FOR SPACE. SAINT CLAIR "SAME PERSON OWNS TWO SUCH HOMES" IN DIFFERENT PLACES!)

"I wanted to thank you....... As a member of the Farmwell Hunt community in Ashburn and as President of the Farmwell Hunt Homeowners Association I felt it was important to share with the Board the continuing problems we have had where homes are being bought and they turned into rooming houses and day care centers.

........When we find out from either flyers or newspaper ads that they are either trying to rent out more rooms or have opened a day care center we will again investigate. We have notified the county about a day care center that was being operated in one of the homes where there were numerous iterate residents, including those sleeping in the garage. However, when the county made their scheduled appointment for inspection only a few residents were there and they were all supposedly "related". The same owners have bought a second house and are renting the rooms out and are running another unlicensed day care center. We have informed them that they must close down the center and notified the county.

We do not discriminate against any homeowner due to race, creed or religion. More than one third of our homeowners would be considered minorities. We have also had Board Members of all races and ethnic backgrounds. Our concerns are for the safety and welfare of all of the residents and are not related to any type of discrimination as it has been suggested by some speakers at your last meeting. When talking to county officials it was inferred that we acting in a discriminatory manner concerning this particular homeowner. That is simply insulting and an easy excuse for ignoring the problem that is occurring in the community and county.

I was pleased to see that you are proposing funding for staff to implement your occupancy regulations.

>>>> SAME HOMEOWNER HAD HOMES IN FARMWELL AND POTOMAC STATION!

After attending the meeting one of the other speakers introduced herself to me, she represented Potomac Stations HOA, and found out that the same homeowner who had homes both there and in Farmwell Hunt were in both communities renting our rooms and having unlicensed day care centers. We spoke with Mr. Fairfax and shared the information about both communities. We have also tried to find out if any vouchers for housing have been given to any of the renters in our community. It appears that 8 vouchers for the same home in Potomac Station were issued by the County. As you can see this problem is occurring in all parts of the county and we appreciate your actions and concerns for all of the citizens. >>>>saving the BEST for last.

I couple of months ago you came to my house..... I gave you my vote based on your answers about my questions regarding overdeveloping and the fact that I had noticed how some house in my neighborhood starting being used as hotels, where more than 20 people at the same time were living in the same house.

I was pleased when I read the article on the Loudoun Easterner where you were submitting a proposal to limit the number of people who can live in a home here in Loudoun County.

>>>>DAVILA DEAD WRONG ABOUT "DISCRIMINATION AGAINST HISPANICS"

I completely disagree with Barbara Davila when she says that the proposal is targeting Hispanic families.

>>>"I AM HISPANIC"

I am Hispanic, married with one son and one daughter, and when I applied for a mortgage I qualified based on my application. I also knew that housing in this area was more expensive than in other areas, but I decided to buy here because this was a nice neighborhood, and peaceful and I planned to be able to continue with the mortgage payments.

>>> "I DO NOT WANT (SEASONAL RESIDENTS)"

I do not want to have a house next to me occupied with people that come and go (seasonal residents) when I have a daughter, a wife and a son and their integrity maybe jeopardize by one of the temporary residents.

>>>> "THIS PROPOSAL....WILL...BENEFIT HISPANICS"

Please continue with this proposal that it will also benefit Hispanics that reside in this county. (UNQUOTE FROM Edmundo Zuniga)

THAT IS IT FOR NOW.

THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.
