Liberal Potts beat Conservative Tate by 106 votes, a very close margin last time. This is a small part of Loudoun County, (and not Sterling) so call a friend to make sure they voted. Primarily western Loudoun and parts of Leesburg.

>>>Male Suspect Sought in Alleged Indecent Liberties Case
The Sheriff's Office is investigating a report of a male subject who allegedly inappropriately touched a 5-year-old child while she was shopping with her mother in a Sterling store on Saturday.
According to the 5-year-old an unknown White male approached her in the toy section of the Burlington Coat Factory in the Community Plaza. The incident occurred around 1 PM but authorities were not contacted about the incident until after 8 PM the same evening (last night)
The suspect is described as a White male, 35 to 45 years old. He was wearing a white short sleeved polo shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers and a baseball cap.
If you have any information about the identity of this suspect you are asked to call Investigator A. Harper of the Sheriff's s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475. If the caller wishes to remain anonymous they are asked to call Loudoun Crime Solvers at 703-777-1919. If the information leads to an arrest and indictment the caller could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.

A Loudoun jury recommended a Sterling man spend nine years in prison for his involvement in a 2006 assault outside of a restaurant.
The jury returned a guilty verdict late Friday for Inocente Dionicio-Gama, 27, on charges of malicious wounding and assault and battery. Back in October of 2006 Dionicio-Gama assaulted a 24-year-old man after an argument that began inside the Zaaza Restaurant located in the Regal Plaza.
Sterling Man Charged with Felonious Assault on a Sheriff's Deputy

A Sterling man was arrested for felonious assault after he allegedly attempted to strike a Loudoun Sheriff's Deputy with his vehicle Saturday night.
The driver of the car, Lucas Edward Wooden, 26, was taken into custody when he was located approximately one hour after the incident.
