WOW WHAT A CROWD!

August 31, 2006

>>> YOU DID IT. YOU DID IT.

You did it. All of us together. Many of you mailed in donations. Over
100 of you came out and donated. Thank you. This past Tuesday at Glory
Days Grill was a very successful evening.

The liberals who wanted us to fail ended up losers. Some shouted in
anguish and contorted voices: "NO MORE DELGAUDIO". We succeeded. You
shouted "4 more years". The liberals failed.

Many elected officials showed support: Senator Ken Cuccinell, Delegate
Rust and the Hon. Richard Black and the Hon. Gwen Cody. Supervisors
Bruce Tulloch, Mick Staton, and councilman Ken Reid, Mayor Steve
Debenedetis and Councilman David Kirby and many GOP committee members
from ALL over came including Chairman Paul Protic and Sterling's Fred
Avila and many others including school board and supervisor members and
candidates.

Many members of the press showed up too including a new newspaper *The
Compass*. Lots of George Allen and Frank Wolf campaign materials were
distributed.

Liberals will not stop at trying to stop us. They are up to no good. For
those of you who forgot or did not contribute yet, please send your
donation to Friends of Delgaudio at p.o. Box 1222 Sterling, Va. 20167.
Please do it today. Thank you.

>>>FILL THE BOOT. FILL THE BOOT.

Jerry's Kid Class Car Event will not be held this weekend. The great
civic leader who organizes it is ill and will organize it again next
year. For many years Terry Stiefvater hosted thousands of Sterling and
Loudoun residents and there will be no "Sterling MS" event this year.

Instead the MDA and Jerry's Kids are asking you to FILL THE BOOT at the
intersections in Sterling and throughout Louduoun County. There will be
Sterling Fire Department volunteers who have set a goal of raising
$70,000 to the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Jerry's Kids.

Let's help these men and women FILL THE BOOT. Sterling's Terry
Stiefvater can not do it this year but she will be back. Give all the
money you would have given at the Sterling MDA event to the volunteer
firemen at Sterling Blvd. and Route 7 this weekend. Thank you.
