I hope you agree.PENALTIES FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS
At the Board Public Hearing, the board again strengthened new local ordinances restricting parking by adding new fines and penalties. I have been asking for this for months and months. Supervisor Bogard moved and I seconded that these new regulations become effective immediately. Here's some "Effective Immediately" rules.
No person shall park (sic)
1.) on a sidewalk
2.) in front of ....(or obstructing) a public or private driveway
3.) on a crosswalk or within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection.
5.) on a roadway side of any vehicle parked at the edge or the curb of a street.
7.) so as to prevent use of curb ramps.....
9.) perpendicular to any curb.......
10.) parking on the left side of the roadway facing traffic
