ROGER ZURN TELLS PHYLIS RANDALL AND GOVERNOR NORTHAM TO RE-OPEN LOUDOUN AND THEY LISTEN!

TRUMP HEARD OUR PLEAS TO OPEN CHURCHES NOW

President Donald Trump responded yet again to our pleas here in Virginia and all over the USA as he announced churches to be ESSENTIAL and need to open now.

Church leaders by the THOUSANDS were on the Presidential conference call Friday to hear his announcement that the CDC has posted guidelines for opening churches IMMEDIATELY.

I have posted all Trump's full statement and details, including the CDC guidelines here on this link.
Churches will open NEXT WEEK here in Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Winchester, Manassas City, Manasas Park, Frederick and Clarke counties under these posted guidelines.

But many in the media and even at Fox News is getting MESSED it up when trying to explain what Trump has done:

"It's unclear under what authority Trump has to override governors. But Trump took issue with certain businesses being open, while churches are not. Attorney General William Barr already warned last month that coronavirus restrictions by state and local government should be applied evenly and not single out religious organizations."

The President is not overriding the authority of the governors -- he is calling them out for ILLEGALLY and UNCONSTITUTIONALLY persecuting churches. The President has every authority to defend the First Amendment rights of American churches.

YOU ALL KNOW THIS FROM MY PREVIOUS BRIEFING.

I have briefed you, President Trump, AND Attorney General Barr, previously on the complete lack of authority government has over religious practices under the Constitution in an April 16 judicial memo and amicus brief circulated widely.

DELGAUDIO LEGAL BRIEF EXPLAINS WHY STATES HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO ON CHURCHES IN US LAW (LARRY HUGHES VS. NORTHAM)

My letter to AG Barr which he acted on Easter week is here (link) and it is clear that the Trump Administration has been acting to protect religious liberty in many court actions.

Don't let the media confuse you.

CALIFORNIA WARNED NOT TO ABUSE CHRISTIANS

The Department of Justice (DOJ) warns California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) in a Tuesday letter that his reopening plan for the state discriminates against churches.

Eric Dreiband, the head of the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, said in the letter that the governor should permit in-person worship gatherings in the second phase of his four-part reopening
