Latest Visit to Northam in Richmond

As you know, my video report is getting thousands of views on youtube.

And our latest visit to Richmond was widely reported in the major news programs AGAIN. Thank you to those of you who joined our team this week and thank you to the wonderful volunteers who got the message to Ralph Northam the tyrant and to the world.

In summary, we all have worked together and succeeded in first publicly protesting tyranny in Richmond and second, securing assistance in the form of legal action by the U.S. Attorney General.

As broadcast on dozens of major news programs Wednesday May 6

DELGAUDIO ACTION TIMELINE
Actions by Trump Administration To Defend US against Ralph Northam.

Beginning weeks ago, I have called for relief on Easter Sunday and regularly from the tyrant Ralph Northam.

During Easter week, I wrote you all and told you all about my efforts to encourage President Donald Trump and Attorney General William Barr to defend Virginians against abuse by Governor Blackface KKK Northam.

Attorney General William Barr immediately responded to my request to protect Virginians and all Christians by posting that he would take immediate action and later posted his full plan of action.

Barr Statement on Religious Practices

"......Even in times of emergency, when reasonable and temporary restrictions are placed on rights, the First Amendment and federal statutory law prohibit discrimination against religious institutions and religious believers. Thus, government may not impose special restrictions on religious activity that do not also apply to similar nonreligious activity."

And..."the Department filed a Statement of Interest in support of a church in Mississippi that allegedly sought to hold parking lot worship services, in which congregants listened to their pastor preach over their car radios, while sitting in their cars in the church parking lot with their windows rolled up. "

The above information is posted here on this link.

DELGAUDIO LETTER TO WILLIAM BARR GETS RESULTS!

My letter to William Barr thanks him for his actions, briefs Barr on the constitutional protections against abuse by Ralph Northam and all government attacks on Christians. And reminds him to appoint staff to carry out his announced policy. My letter is posted here.

BARR CONTINUES TO PROVIDE NEEDED AND REQUESTED RELIEF AGAINST TYRANT RALPH NORTHAM

THIS WEEK: Attorney General William Barr took action in Virginia to defend a church where a minister was arrested and fined.

Governor Ralph Blackface Northam needed some kind of wake up in federal court and this is a wake up that he can not trample on Virginians as he conducts an illegal overreach.

The same day, AG Barr further instructed all his U.S. Attorneys to look for and immediately file suit to restrict any governmental action at any level (city, state or federal) that overreached and discriminated against Christians during this current crisis. Barr also implemented a frequent refrain in my public and private written advice, echoed by others, to name specific officials responsible for carrying out the directive.

172 Pastors Slam Gov. Ralph Northam, Who Closed Churches But Let Abortion Clinics Kill Babies

Lifesite reports: After six weeks of not being allowed to gather in church buildings for corporate worship, more than 170 pastors in Virginia are respectfully saying "enough."

Michael Law Jr., senior pastor of Arlington Baptist Church, emailed a letter Monday to Gov. Ralph Northam asking him to modify two executive orders to allow religious gatherings at least once a week.

Another 171 pastors in Northern Virginia also signed the letter, which reads in part:

The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is a hospital for the spiritually sick. Yet corporate worship services of more than 10 people have been banned in Virginia since March 23. & Prohibiting corporate worship services has exacerbated the sense of sorrow, isolation, and fear felt by so many citizens across the Commonwealth.

The pastors are with churches in Northern Virginia, which in general is the most liberal area of the state. Its population growth spurred Virginia's switch in recent years from a reliably Republican state in presidential elections to a Democratic one.
