LCPS Defends Decision to Cancel Dominion Teacher's License 2 Years After He Resigned

Delgaudio says "Better late than never" is good for underwhelming results!"

Loudoun now reports: Loudoun County Public Schools released a statement Friday afternoon explaining why administrators requested that a former Dominion High School band director's license be revoked two years after complaints were first raised about him.

The letter states that the school system central administration received a single complaint about Brian Damron, who worked at Dominion from 2012 until he resigned in January 2015. The complaint was reported to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office at the time but did not result in criminal charges.

After he resigned his position in Loudoun, Damron went on to teach at a Florida high school, where he was accused of making sexual advances toward a student. That school district found found that he used "extremely poor judgement," using abusive, sexual and inappropriate language with or in front of students, but was not convicted of a crime.

LCPS Superintendent Eric Williams petitioned Virginia Department of Education to revoke Damron's license in January 2017, two years after he left Loudoun County.

Loudoun Times Mirror Editorial: There is a secret at Dominion High School.

"As with most secrets, things went terribly wrong. The band director stepped down from his position at a Florida school after an investigation by school police substantiated claims that he made sexual advances toward a student. The report lead to allegations of sexual misconduct with students when he was at Dominion."

Eugene Delgaudio said "this is not a "bias" issue but a survival issue for our families and our county.
How a crime or transgressions can be carried out against students in our community without the proper safeguards is the theme of the editorial, which must be answered by all elected officials or a process must begin to ensure it does not happen again."

Oklahoma: Teacher's Assistant, Faculty Members Arrested

Child Molestation Scandal -District Superintendent Suspended

Delgaudio: "Its a different situation entirely, but several teachers,
staff were arrested immediately upon the report.

And the superintendent was immediately suspended and is facing dismisal.
This was just posted after the police made the arrests, in just hours,
not years."

Catholic Bishop Responds To My Complaint About ACLU

The leftist American Civil Liberties Union distributed flyers promoting
voter fraud and immigration fraud at a Catholic Church. I confronted them.

I detailed the trespassers transgressions in a report and the Bishop confirmed there was no
permission granted to the ACLU and they were not allowed to hand out flyers.
