Delgaudio Files Federal Brief to Defend Sterling "I am hoping to God and am optimistic Sterling will be protected."

Eugene Delgaudio as president of the non-profit Public Advocate announces on December 31st that he has filed on Tuesday Dec. 29 a federal brief defending the named defendent Sterling in "United States v. Sterling" which is case No. 15-0510/MC in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces Appeal from a Decision of U.S. Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals
