Alledged Child Pornographer Runs Stop Sign, Held Without Bail

Possession of Child Pornography: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after the driver disregarded a stop sign.

An adult male and a juvenile female were located inside the vehicle. During the course of the
traffic stop it was determined the adult male was in possession of child pornography and was involved in an inappropriate relationship with the teenager.

The driver, Miguel A. Ayala-Lopez, 23, of Silver Spring, MD, was charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and use of a computer to procure child pornography. The case remains under investigation and further criminal charges are possible. Ayala-Lopez remains held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
