Lions Wrestling and Making Music for Sterling with award of $20,000.00 to students
The Sterling Lion's Club invites you to join them for their Wrestling Tournament Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 9 a.m. until the end of the tournament at the Park View High School Gym.
It is the the 37th annual Terry McGowan Invitational with ten area high schools invited. A $10 donation per person general admission is requested. Doors open at 8 a.m.
$20,000.00 Music Award To Students
The Lions of Virginia Bland Music Scholarship Competition begins with the Sterling Lions Entry level contest on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Community Lutheran Church in Sterling.
Instrumental and Vocal students are invited to compete in a progressive series of contests. Scholarships totaling $20,000.00 will be awarded at the final, state level on May 20, 2016
